Lincoln City, OR

Our road trip down the coast continued through Pacific City and down to Lincoln City. Every year in Lincoln City they host an event called "Finders Keepers" and local glass artists donate glass floats to be hidden along the beaches every day for several months. So of course I wanted to walk on the beach looking for glass floats-in the windy cold and rain. But that's ok, it was the beach and therefore I had to walk on it while we were there. We didn't find any glass floats, but it was fun looking for them.

For my nursing friends...

The beach...not quite the same as what I'm used to.

It was really peaceful and pretty, despite the yucky weather.

Who gets sick on their vacation and has to nap every day? ME!
